At pradha.id, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines how we respond to copyright infringement notifications and the steps you can take if you believe your copyrighted content has been used on our website without authorization.


1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe your work has been used on pradha.id in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us a written notification that includes the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on their behalf.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with the DMCA. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where pradha.id may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.

Counter-notifications should be sent to the same contact listed above.


3. Repeat Infringers

We take copyright infringement seriously. pradha.id may, at its sole discretion, terminate user access to the site or services if they are determined to be repeat infringers.
